Muddling through....

I think those are the only words that can describe it at the moment. I seem to be lost in a sea of doubts over everything. Thankfully, my brain has done it's usual and become all numb and cotton wooly to prevent any kind of deep and meaningful thinking. Sometimes it's a useful mechanism but it does seem to prevent any sort of real productive behaviour.

I think I shall immerse myself in some arty projects for a few hours to see if that helps.
